Absolutely! We're like your local real estate matchmaker! We're always on the lookout for sellers in your area who are ready to list their properties.  Get your profile up and running, and let's get you connected!
Can I pay to get matched with more sellers?
No definitely not. We do not offer paid matchmaking with sellers, nor do we allow any advertising on our site.
What is the timeframe for agents to respond to a match?
When you're matched with a seller, it's your time to shine! You'll have a 12-hour window to submit your commission rate and the services you offer via our Watsapp platform. This ensures sellers receive prompt responses and can make informed decisions quickly.
What commission rates can agents offer the seller through Hoom?
Commission rates can range from 4% to 6%, allowing you to present competitive offers while ensuring fair compensation for your expertise and work. We do our best to educate the seller that the lowest commission rates are not always the best, and that they should also look at the agent, expertise and the services offered for their listing.
Can I pay to get matched with more sellers?
No definitely not. We do not offer paid matchmaking with sellers, nor do we allow any advertising on our site.
What are the requirements for Agents to join Hoom?
Agents must have a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) issued by the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA). The Agency Principal must sign a referral agreement with Hoom
Is Hoom registered wih the PPRA?
Yes, Hoom is registered with the PPRA and holds a valid FFC.
What types of mandate options does Hoom offer to sellers?
At Hoom, we only offer sellers the option of a sole mandate, as we believe it provides the most value for both sellers and agents. This focused approach allows agents to dedicate their full resources to effectively marketing the property and finding the perfect buyer.
