Why Hoom?

Can Hoom match me with sellers in my area?
We act as a local real estate matchmaker, constantly seeking sellers in your area.
Partner with Hoom and onboard your agents to our platform to access these opportunities.
Can we pay to get matched with more sellers?
No definitely not. We do not offer paid matchmaking with sellers.
What happens after an agent is matched with a seller?
When you're matched with a seller, it's your time to shine! You'll have a 12-hour window to submit your commission rate and the services you offer via our Watsapp platform. This ensures sellers receive prompt responses and can make informed decisions quickly.
What commission rates can Agents offer?
Commission rates can range from 4% to 6%. We do our best to educate the seller that the lowest commission rates are not always the best, and that they should also look at the agency, the agent, expertise and the services offered for their listing.
What are the requirements for Agencies to join Hoom?
Agencies must be registered with the PPRA and must sign a referral agreement with Hoom.
Is Hoom registered wih the PPRA?
Yes, Hoom is registered with the PPRA and holds a valid FFC.
What types of mandate options does Hoom offer to sellers?
